BSPS AREA 1B Members Points

Members can collect Points from any BSPS affiliated show – note RIHS and HOYS qualifiers can be used but only if they are also qualifiers for the BSPS Championships.

You record your own points on the card that can be downloaded below or collected from any 1B show. Plus 3 additional affiliated to the BSPS shows.

Please complete 1 card for each pony/class i.e., if you compete in both nursery and cradle stakes on the same pony you need to keep 2 cards. Also, if you do Open and Novice classes again you need to keep separate cards.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE DOING ANY LIHS PERFORMANCE CLASSES THEN YOU NEED TO KEEP A SEPARATE CARD FOR EACH CLASS YOU DO

How our area points work

  • BSPS Area 1b holds 4 shows a year and all classes are eligible
  • Any other BSPS shows listed on the points card.
  • Up to 3 BSPS affiliated shows

Why fill in the points card?

The points cards are used for the prizes at our presentation evening on the 16th November at Castle Green Hotel (more details to follow shortly - always a great night!).  We give placing rosettes for each class and section championships and reserves (and some lovely trophies).  The rosettes are beautiful, don't miss out - please send  in your cards even if you have only done a show or two.  We also give out special prizes to members who have qualified for RIHS, HOYS or Olympia - there is a section for you to fill in (if you don't do this, you might miss out on your prize).

How to fill out the points card

  • This year, we are moving to an online version, this will hopefully make it easier for you to fill in.
  • You will need to complete a form for each class you have competed in on each pony.
